Hello dear parents,

We can get started again, no longer in Leer, but with our Dutch neighbors in Finsterwolde.

The Hardenberg swimming pool is looking forward to us just as much as we are looking forward to it continuing again.

The new swimming pool can be easily reached from Leer in 20 minutes.

Children can work better with images in their heads. That's why I work with the children with pictures like frogs, crocodile etc. The pressure to perform is far away, fun and playfulness is the priority. Small achievable goals are worked out. There are already small badges as motivation (frog, mermaid, crocodile)

Why is sport important

Sport is important for the metabolism and the cardiovascular system, concentration and psyche as well as for the social aspect. Every movement means that the heart has to do more and work harder. Sport also protects against diseases such as obesity and diabetes. The body uses more energy and fat and sugar metabolism is stimulated.

That's why children's sport is so important

If you want to do something for yourself, you have to stay fit and healthy. According to surveys, 40% of Germans are still not physically active. In times of tablets, cell phones, Facebook and the like, it is particularly difficult to get children and young people interested in sports, so the number of obese children is increasing.
